A city is all about the energy of its people.

Living in Lebanon is not easy, but nothing compares to the camaraderie of its people and the warmth of family. I’m privileged to be able to sustain a life here, many of my peers fled years ago and never looked back. But Beirut’s streets are always bustling with energy, “service” cars honking at bystanders, people chattering outside coffee shops, traffic controllers shouting at the slow movers, stall sellers yelling prices of vegetables…

There’s an undeniable vigor in Beirut, the city inspires me and there’s a strange sense of belonging in the middle of this chaos, these are my people.
